Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 2, 2026
St. John Screens & Maintenance (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes information we may collect when you visit our website, request an estimate, contact us, or receive our services, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, service and billing addresses, service requests, estimates, invoices, appointment details, property photographs and measurements, access instructions voluntarily provided, and communications. Our website and service providers may also collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, and website usage data.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, communicate with customers, process payments, maintain records, resolve concerns, improve operations, and meet legal obligations. We may send promotional messages only as permitted by law and your communication preferences.
3. Jobber and Service Providers
We use Jobber for customer management, scheduling, estimates, invoices, and service communications. We may also use website hosts, communications providers, payment processors, and authorized technicians or subcontractors as needed to deliver services. Their handling of information may also be governed by their policies. See Jobber’s privacy policy.
4. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers in our own business records. Payment providers process information according to their applicable policies.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information to data brokers for monetary compensation. We may disclose information to operational providers, authorized subcontractors, payment processors, professional advisers, government authorities when legally required, or others with your authorization. Sensitive property access information is not shared for unrelated marketing.
6. Property Privacy
We use property photographs, security details, and access instructions only as reasonably needed for authorized services or other disclosed purposes. We do not publish identifiable customer property photographs for advertising without permission. Separate confidentiality agreements may be available.
7. Cookies and Analytics
Our website or its providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, session management, and—if enabled—traffic analytics. Browser settings may let you control cookies. Where legally required, we will obtain consent for nonessential tracking.
8. Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to sensitive customer information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We retain information as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate operations, then delete or anonymize it when practical and permitted.
9. Your Choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and necessary record retention. You may opt out of promotional communications; essential service and transaction communications may continue. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Email and Text Messages
We may contact you about inquiries, appointments, estimates, invoices, and ongoing work by phone, email, or text. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
11. Children
Our services are intended for adults and authorized property representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and will take appropriate action if we learn we have done so without required consent.
12. External Websites
Links to third-party websites or customer portals lead to services with their own privacy practices. Please review their policies.
